In the summer of 1998, CSM went through an intensive season of seeking God for His direction for this ministry. Out of that time, we believe God spoke to us prophetically to sharpen our focus on reaching out, and we changed our mission statement to "Extending the kingdom of God...one person at a time." We believe God is calling us into a clearer understanding of the power of organic relationships...one-to-one sharing of faith, hope, and love.

"Evangelism" has sometimes been a scary word for many. But sharing Good News, which is really all there is to evangelism, is a natural process grace with supernatural power. In other words, if we will be faithful to live our lives for God's glory and to ask Him for opportunities to share Him with others, He will be faithful to set up "divine appointments" between us and those who need to hear...and He will help us in our communication.

Through our mission, we've rededicated ourselves to the following:

1. Equipping and encouraging fellow believers to become "outwardly oriented" by developing relationships with neighbors, coworkers, and family members and to ultimately share their faith.
2. Producing resources that you can use in this process.
3. Producing user-friendly resources for the people you will lead to Christ.
4. Continuing to provide sound Bible teaching with a prophetic edge.
5. Not only encouraging you to share your faith one-to-one, but also sharing faith ourselves...to lead by example, and to discover models that will work for others.

Informal "One-to-One Groups" made up of 4-6 members each, are being formed—around the nation— of people who are feeling a stirring in their hearts to be a part of this one-to-one sharing process.
