The last recorded words of the apostle Paul were instructions to a young leader,Timothy. While Paul was writing to Timothy, he was also speaking to all of us. Paul warns why “perilous times” have come and addresses what all of us should be and do in these trying times (2 Timothy 3 and 4). This is a very clear word to believers and a very important one in describing the difference between the culture of God’s people and that of the unbelieving world.
